【摘要】 目的　分析粤桂琼疟疾联防区广西玉林 6市县 11年的疟疾防治与监测结果 ,评价流动人口疟疾管理与监测措施。　方法　收集 1992～ 2 0 0 2年三省 (区 )广西玉林 6市县当地居民发热病人、流动人口发热病人以及重点人群IFAT监测资料进行流行病学统计分析。　结果　 11年间玉林 6市县共血检当地居民发热病人 74860 2人次 ,检出阳性 3 0例 ,血检阳性率为 0 0 0 4%。血检流动人员发热病人 63 0 2 4人次 ,检出疟原虫阳性 5 84例 ,平均阳性率为 0 93 %。重点人群IFAT阳性率为 0 0 3 7%。　结论　玉林 6市县经过 11年联防与监测 ,1999年起未再发现当地感染疟疾病例 ,流动人口发热病人血检阳性率从 1992年的 3 94%降到 2 0 0 2年的 0 15 % ,未发生输入继发病例 ,流动人口管理与监测措施得当更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the result of malaria control and to evaluate the surveillance measure for mobile population in Yulin city from1992 to 2002 Methods The data on blood smear examination of febrile patients both of the local residents and mobile population, surveillance of IFAT in focus population from 1992 to 2002 were collected and analyzed Results 748 602 blood smear of febrile patients from local residents and 63 024 blood smear of febrile patients from mobile population were identified The average positive rate were 0 004% and 0 93% respectively The positive rate of IFAT in focus population was 0 037% Conclusion No indigenous cases of malaria were found in this area from 1999 The positive rate of mobile population from 3 94% in 1992 down to 0 15% in 2002 The results showed the measure for malaria control in mobile population is effective更多还原
