【摘要】 目的　评价人用狂犬病纯化疫苗的免疫效果。　方法　按年龄及干扰因素的暴露情况分组 ,对狂犬病纯化疫苗全程免疫者检测狂犬病毒抗体。　结果　狂犬病纯化疫苗免疫后抗体阳性率为 96 43 % ,年龄与酸辣、酒茶、抗菌素等干扰因素对抗体阳转率的作用不明显。　结论　注射狂犬病纯化疫苗是预防狂犬病行之有效的措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective effectiveness of prrified human rabies vaccine Methods The subjects were divided into 3 groups based on age and other confounding fators:a) Experimental Group consisted of 32 healthy subjects;b) Immunized Control Group consisted of 30 subjects without any biting history and inoculation of any vaccines;c) subjects immunized without full course of rabies vaccine Antibodies against rabic virus were detected from subjects immunized with full course of purified rabies vaccine Results It showed that the antibody positive rate was 96 43% in the subjects immunized with full course of purified rabies vaccine and there was no evident effect of age and the confounding factors of sour(S),pungent(P),drink(D),tea(T) antibiotics(A) on the antibody positive conversion Conclusion vaccination of purified human rabies vaccine is feasible and effective measure for prevention of rabies更多还原
