【摘要】 目的　探讨老年脂肪肝与肝纤维化的关系。　方法　检测 80例老年脂肪肝患者透明质酸 (HA)、层粘蛋白 (LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽 (PⅢP)、IV型前胶原肽 (IVC)的水平 ,并分别与对照组均值进行比较。　结果　老年脂肪肝组HA、LN、PⅢP、IVC均值分别为 199 5 8± 10 7 3 5 ,2 90 46± 96 48,12 1 46± 2 8 2 1,3 8 5 6± 10 3 0 ,均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。　结论　老年脂肪肝有较为明显的肝纤维化倾向更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ralationship between senile fatty liver and hepatic fibrosis Methods Hyaluronic acid (HA)?Laminin (LN)?ProcollagenⅢ peptide (PⅢP) and IV collagen (IVC) were tested in 80 cases of senile fatty liver disease The results were compared with the average values of the control groups separately Results The average values (199 58±107 35,290 46±96 48,121 46±28 21,38 56±10 30,respectively) of HA?LN?PⅢP?IVC in 80 cases of senile fatty liver disease were obviously higher than those (77 09±39 59,168 01±59 34,104 63±27 43,31 99±4 43,repectively) in the control groups(P<0 05) Conclusion Senile fatty liver have more obvious tendency of hepatic fibrosis更多还原
