【摘要】 采用乳液聚合法,以AA、BA、MMA为单体,SDS、OP-10为复合乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂。试验结果表明:当单体中AA、BA、MMA的质量分数分别为90%、6%、4%,乳化剂、引发剂的用量分别为单体重量的3%、0.8% 时,制得的聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶具有良好的综合性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by emulsion polymerization with AA,BA and MMA as monomers,SDS and OP-10as compound emulsifiers,and(NH4) 2S2O4 as initiator.The results showed that the acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive had good comprehensive properties when the dosages of AA,BA and MMA were at90%,6%and4%,and the dosages of emulsifiers and initiator were at3%and0.8%of the monomers,respectively.更多还原
