海洋平台阴极保护监测系统的研制及应用

【摘要】 介绍了自行研制的海洋平台阴极保护监测系统,它由双电极电位测量探头、牺牲阳极输出电流测量探头、信号传输电缆系统和微机数据采集系统组成;并结合近10a其在南海北部近海石油开发区的应用和运行状况,对阴极保护监测系统的性能、作用及意义进行了系统论述,以期为进一步的工作奠定基础

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the cathodic protection monitoring (CPM) system and its application on offshore platforms. A typical C.’PM system is composed of dual electrode potential sensors, sacrificial anode output current sensors, signal transmission ca-bles, and a microcomputer data acquisition system. As a leading means to maintain a constant surveillance on the efficiency of the cathodic protection system, the CPM system can offer real-time information about status of the submerged parts of the platform at any lime. From the experience of the CPM system operation on the large fixed offshore oil platforms in the northern South China Sea for approximately ten years, it can be concluded that the CPM system not only plays an important role in ensuring the long-term safe service of the platform, but also provide a easy access to the detection of the inadequate cathodic protection of steel structures as early as possible. In addition, it can help to cut the cost for underwater inspections and provide on-the-spot data valuable to the design of new marine structures in adjacent offshore waters.
