【摘要】 以海北州畜牧兽医科学研究所现有陶赛特种羊和良种繁殖场为依托 ,以胚胎移植技术为核心 ,高效廉价扩繁陶赛特种羊数量 ,以藏羊为受体冻胚移植 63只 ,产羔 3 0只 ,移植妊娠率 47.62 % ,繁殖成活率 10 0 %。同时以经济杂交技术在本地区开发羔肉羊高效生产 ,取得了良好的经济杂交效果。经测定 :人工授精受胎率达 94.87% ,产羔成活率 90 %以上 ,繁殖成活率 80 %以上。陶×藏一代羔羊 4月龄宰前活重 2 7.14kg ,4月龄羯羔胴体重 12 .5 2kg ,屠宰率 46.14 % ,净肉率74.3 6% ,显著高于当地羔羊。通过引进陶赛特绵羊 ,利用杂交优势 ,实行肉羊高效生产技术开发 ,特别进行羔羊生产具有明显的杂交优势 ,在高寒牧区可以推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The increasing number of breeding Dorset Down which was reproduced with now available Dorset Down by means of technology of embrgo transfer was fast and low cost in the breeding farm which belongs to the institute of Animal and Veterinary sciences of Hoibei Prefecture.The frozen embryos were transfered into 63 Tibetan sheep as a recipient which yeaned 30 lambs.The pregnancy rate of the recipient shee was 47.62% and the breeding survival rate was 100%.At the same time the development of muteon lamb husbandry by means of technology of commercial crossbreeding abtoined high beneficial effect.The results showed that the conception rate of artificial insemination was 94.87% ;the lambing survival rate was more than 90%;the breeding survival rate was more than 80%;the live weight of F 1 of Dorset Down X Tibetan at the age of four months was 27.14kg;before slaughter;the carcass weight of wether at the age of four months was 12.52kg;the dressing percentage was 46.14%;the meat rate was 74.36%;all of the above were significantly more than those of local lamb,indicating the technology such as the embryo transper,commercial crossbreeding which were used to develop mutton sheep husbandry could be popularized in the alpine cold pustre area.更多还原
