硅钨酸为催化剂合成硬脂酸乙二醇酯
Study on the synthesis of glycol stearic acid ester with silicotungstic acid
【摘要】 以硅钨酸为催化剂,苯为带水剂,以乙二醇和硬脂酸为原料合成了硬脂酸乙二醇酯珠光剂。研究了其最佳工艺条件并与对甲苯磺酸作了对比,研究表明其最佳工艺条件为:n(硬脂酸):n(乙二醇)=2.1:1,反应温度为140℃,W(催化剂)=4%。
【Abstract】 The glycol stearic acid ester was synthesized by esterification of glycol with stearic acid in thecatalysis of silicotungstic acid.The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time ,the mole ratio of stearic acid to glycol and the amount of catalyst were studied by means of orthogonal experiments.the optimumreaction conditions is that the molar ratio of stearic acid to glycol is 2.1 to 1, the reaction temperature is 140℃, the quantity of catalyzator is 4% .
