【摘要】 目的　评价多普勒组织成像技术结合多巴酚丁胺超声负荷试验 (DTI -DSE)检出慢性冬眠心肌 (CHM )的价值。方法　制备成家猪慢性冬眠心肌及心肌梗死的模型后行DTI -DSE ,分别于静息状态 ,小剂量多巴酚丁胺 (Dob)时观察左室壁的收缩期运动峰值速度 (Vs)。比较正常心肌节段(NM )、慢性冬眠心肌节段、心肌梗死节段 (MI)的Vs、心肌收缩期运动峰值速度变化率 (△Vs)。结果　三种心肌节段的Vs、△Vs均为NM >CHM >MI。结论　DTI -DSE可作为检出慢性冬眠心肌的定量指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of Doppler tissue imaging(DTI)combining Dobutamine stress echocardiography(DSE)in detecting chronic hibernating myocardium(CHM).Methods Animal models of CHM and myocardial infarction(MI) in domestic Chinese pigs were established . Combining DSE and DTI ,observing the peak velocity of left ventricle wall in systolic period (Vs) at rest and with dobutamine 10ug·kg -1 ·min -1 Comparing the Vs and variety ratio(△Vs ) of three kinds of myocardial segments :normal myocardial (NM)segments 、CHM segments and MI segments .Results Vs of NM>Vs of CHM>Vs of MI at rest and with dobutamine 10ug·kg -1 ·min -1 . △Vs of NM>△Vs of CHM>△Vs of MI .Conclusions DTI-DSE is a quantify index in detecting CHM.更多还原
