小鼠附睾表皮生长因子受体的区域性差异表达
Different Segment-specific Expression of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor in Mouse Epididymal Duct
【摘要】 目的 探讨表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在附睾管不同区域的表达。方法 采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 -过氧化酶 (SP)免疫组织化学和图像分析法对给予HCG前后的小鼠附睾起始部、头部和体部的附睾管的EGFR表达进行观察比较。结果 EGFR分布在附睾管上皮顶部的胞质内 ,附睾管头部Ⅱ区 (CⅡ )的表达最强。给予HCG使起始部 (IS)、头部Ⅲ区 (CⅢ )和体部 (corpus)的表达增强。CⅡ的表达不受HCG的影响。结论 小鼠附睾管EGFR表达具有区段差异性。HCG促进附睾起始部、头部和体部EGFR的表达。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate EGFR expression in different segment of the mouse epididymal duct. Methods The methods of streptavidin-peroxidase immunostaining and image analysis were adopted to observe the EGFR expression in epididymal duct before and after HCG administration. Results The EGFR positive reaction was observed on the luminal borders of the epididymal epithelium, among which the caput Ⅱ segment(CⅡ) was the most intensive. Compared with control group, there was an obvious increase of EGFR expression in IS, CⅢ and corpus after HCG administration. The EGFR expression in CⅡ was not affected by HCG. Conclusions The EGFR expression in various segment of epididymal duct is different. HCG can stimulate the EGFR expression in IS, CⅢ and corpus epididymis.
