【摘要】 目的　探讨自制活化部分凝血活酶试剂的应用效果。方法　用自制活化部分凝血活酶试剂与进口活化部分凝血活酶试剂同时在“CoachromeIV”血凝仪上检测不同水平凝血因子及不同浓度肝素的血浆APTT和 5 6例患者血浆的APTT。结果　两种试剂对不同水平凝血因子及肝素的敏感性基本一致 ,并且相关性良好 (r =0 .975 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　自制活化部分凝血活酶试剂可以代替进口活化部分凝血活酶试剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the activated partial thromboplastion time (APTT) reagent self-made and of the imported reagent.Methods APTT of different plasma level of coagulation factors with heparin,and as well as APTT 0f 56 patients plasma were measured by the reagents on the appartus “Coachrome IV”. Results The sensitivity of APTT the two reagents didn`t change with different levels of plasma coagulation factor and heparin, there was rectilinear correlation in APTT ratio (r = 0.9756 P < 0.01). Conclusions The homemade activated partial thromboplastion time (APTT) reagent can replace the imported reagent.更多还原
