【摘要】 目的　提高双侧慢性硬膜下血肿的诊断及治愈率。方法　回顾分析我院 5年 ( 1997年～2 0 0 2年 ) 8例双侧慢性硬膜下血肿治疗情况。结果　 7例痊愈 ( 87.5 % ) ,1例植物生存 ( 12 .5 % )。结论　早期发现及时钻孔引流是治疗双侧慢性硬膜下血肿的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the accuracy of diagnosis and the cure rate for the two-sides chronic subdural hematomas.Methods Summary of therapeutic experiences of 8 cases with the two-sides chronic subdural hematomas was reported from 1997 to 2002.Results Seven patients were healed(87.5%) and one patient became vegetable living(12.5%). Conclusions It is an effective way that the two-sides chronic subdural hematomas is diagnosed and treated in drainage trephine in time.更多还原
