【摘要】 目的:探讨桂附地黄汤对小鼠肝癌细胞凋亡的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用细胞形态学、DNA原位末端标记技术进行检测。结果:桂附地黄汤组小鼠肝癌细胞凋亡形态学明显,凋亡指数14.85±8.34,与阴性对照组(5.44±2.50)顺铂组(6.45±3.45)差异有显著性(P<0.01);顺铂组小鼠肝癌未见细胞凋亡形态学改变,与阴性对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:桂附地黄汤对小鼠肝癌细胞增殖的抑制机制主要为直接诱导肝癌细胞凋亡,而顺铂未表现明显细胞凋亡之作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of function of Guifu Dehuang soup to the apoptosis of small mice hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: To set up cytologic morphology. Apopto-sis was detected by TUNEL methed. Results: After treating small mice hepatocellular carcinome with the herbs, apoptosis characteristics could be seen. The apoptotic rate was 14.85 ±8.34, drug negative (5.44 ±2.50), drug DDP (6.45 ±3.45) ( P<0.01), drug DDP apoptosis charateristics couldnot be seen. It is undiffrence (P>0.05) compare with drug negative. Condusions: Inhibitiond mechenism of Guifu Dehuang soup to the apoptosis of small mice hepatocellar carcinoma mainly direct guide apoptosis .
