【Abstract】 Presently,while safeguarding and protecting the teen-agers’rights are being paid close at-tention socially,we should n’t overlook the phenomenon of spiritual maltreatment to the psychological abnor-mity of the ill-usagers is the very important reason which leading to the action.So we must take the syn-thetical measures with multilevels and links to prevent and control its breeding and extension,so as to safeguard the teen-agers growing up healthily.更多还原
