【摘要】 目的 :探讨卵巢癌患者血清CA12 5表达水平与血细胞生物学指标的相关性。方法 :采用酶联免疫分析和流式细胞术 ,对 33例卵巢癌患者血清CA12 5浓度和血细胞p5 3V+ 、CD44s+ 、p170 + 和Apo+ 细胞检出率进行了检测。结果 :卵巢癌患者CA12 5浓度、p5 3V+ 细胞的百分率均显著高于正常对照组 ,P<0 0 1,CD44s+ 细胞表达率却显著低于正常对照组 ,P <0 0 5 ,随着患者血清CA12 5浓度的增加 ,血细胞的p5 3V+ 细胞表达率逐渐升高 ,并呈显著的正相关 ,r =0 989,P <0 0 1,CD44s+ 细胞表达率逐渐降低 ,并呈显著的负相关 ,r =- 0 910 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :卵巢癌患者血清CA12 5浓度与p5 3V+ 细胞表达率、CD44s+ 细胞表达率、肿瘤临床分期以及肿瘤转移的关系都十分密切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the relationship between serum level of CA125 and biological characteristic in peripheral blood cells in patients with ovarian tumor.Methods Concentration of serum CA125 and percentage of p53V +,CD 44s +,p170 +,Apo + cells in the peripheral blood cells in patients with ovarian cancer were measured by ELISA and flow cytometry.Results Concentration of serum CA125 and percentage of p53V + cells in patients were significantly higher than those in normal control,P<0.01.Percentage of CD 44s + cells in patients was significantly lower than that in normal control,P<0.05.The percentage of p53V + cells were gradually increased followed by the increase of the concentration of serum CA125 showing the significantly positive correlation,r=0.989,P<0.01.The percentage of CD 44s + cells were gradually decreased followed by the increase of concentration of serum CA125 showed the significantly negative correlation,r=-0.910,P<0.05.Conclusions There is marked relationship between the concentration of serum CA125 and the percentage of p53V + or CD 44s + cells in peripheral blood cells,clinical stage,tumor metastasis of patients with ovarian cancer.更多还原
