【摘要】 目的 :对山东省乳山市主要恶性肿瘤死亡率及变化趋势进行观察。方法 :利用不同时期全死因死亡回顾调查资料进行动态分析比较。结果 :1970 - 1999年乳山市总恶性肿瘤的死亡率上升 ,其中胃癌在 2 0世纪 80年代末呈上升趋势 ,而后又下降到原先的水平 ,肝癌、肺癌和肠癌明显上升。结论 :肿瘤死因及构成比的变化主要与环境和饮食等因素有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the mortalities and prevalence trends of major malignant tumors in rural area of Rushan City,Shandong Province.Methods The data came from the four retrospective death surveys in the past 30 years were analyzed.Results The trends of mortality of malignant tumors increased,of which stomach cancer mortality increased in the end of the 1980s and then decreased to the level in the 1970s level,and liver cancer,lung cancer and colorectal cancer increased in this period.Conclusion The changing trends of malignant mortality are mainly related to the risk factors in environment and the dietary.更多还原
