【摘要】 目的 :观察安康安瘤乳对中晚期食管癌的放疗增效作用。方法 :2 0 0 1年 5月 - 1 2月 ,采用随机分组对 74例中晚期食管癌进行放射治疗 ,38例同时加服安康安瘤乳 (治疗组 ) ,36例单纯放射治疗 (对照组 )。结果 :治疗组有效率为 94 7% (36 38) ,对照组为 77 8% (2 8 36 ) ,差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。 1年生存率治疗组 81 6 % (31 38) ,对照组 5 8 3% (2 1 36 )差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :安康安瘤乳配合放射治疗食管癌可提高疗效 ,延长生存期 ,无明显毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the radiosensibility of AK oral solution.Methods From May 2001 to December 2001,74 cases of esophageal cancer were randomized into two groups,and 38 cases were treated by radiotherapy combined with AK oral solution (Group A) while 36 cases were treated by radiothrapy alone (Group B).Results Early term response were 94 7%(36/38)in Group A and 77 8%(28/36)in Group B,χ 2=4 55, P <0 05,and 1 year survival rates in Group A,B were 81 6% and 58 3% respectively,χ 2=4 78, P <0 05.Conclusion It is suggested that AK oral solution should inrease the radiosensibility and improve the response rate and short term survival.更多还原
