【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃癌患者红细胞免疫功能状态和T淋巴细胞亚群的改变。方法 :测定 6 0例胃癌患者的红细胞Ⅰ型补体受体花环率 (C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环率 (ICR) ,同时用流式细胞仪 (FCM )检测T细胞亚群 ,与 4 0例健康献血员的红细胞免疫指标及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化作对照。结果 :胃癌患者C3bRR降低 ,ICR增高 ,T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+ 及CD4+ CD8+ 比值都低于对照组 ,不同病理分期之间差异有显著意义 ,胃癌组C3bRR与CD4 + CD8+ 比值呈正相关。结论 :胃癌患者红细胞免疫功能低下、T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调 ,两者关系密切 ,并与临床分期相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study immune function of erythrocytes and the correlation with the change of T lymphocyte subsets in the patients with gastric cancer.Methods The red blood cell C 3b receptor rate (C 3b RR),immune complex rate (ICR) and the T lymphocyte subsets were detected in 60 cases of gastric cancer,compared with 40 cases of healthy blood donor as controls.Results The C 3b RR,CD 4 + and CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratios were lower in the gastrointestinal cancer group than those of the control group,but ICR was higher than that of the control group.A remarkable significance was found in the different stage.A positive correlation between C 3b RR and the ratio of CD 4 +/CD 8 + was also found in the gastric cancer group.Conclusions Patients with gastric cancer show lower red cell immune function and disorder of T lymphocyte subsets.There is a close relationship between immune function of erythrocytes and T lymphocyte subsets.The cellular immune function (including red cell immune function)is lower in patients with poor stages.
