抗体细胞因子融合蛋白治疗肿瘤的研究进展

【摘要】 抗体细胞因子融合蛋白保持了抗体和细胞因子两者的功能 ,能在肿瘤微环境浓集并直接增大抗体的抗肿瘤效应和 或宿主的抗肿瘤免疫。综述了IgG融合IL 2、GM CSF和IL 12融合蛋白的结构、生物学特性和用于治疗人类肿瘤的潜能
【Abstract】 Antibody-cytokine fusion proteins retain both antibody and cytokine associated functions.These moleculars can concentrate the cytokine in the tumor microenvironment and in so doing directly enhance the tumoricidal effect of the antibody and/or enhance the host immune response against the tumor.This paper reviews the construction of several antibody-cytokine fusion proteins with IgG fused to the cytokine such as interleukin-2 (IL-2),granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF),and interleukin-12 (IL-12),describes the properties of biology,and discusses the potential use in the treatment of human cancer.
