【Abstract】 Antibody-cytokine fusion proteins retain both antibody and cytokine associated functions.These moleculars can concentrate the cytokine in the tumor microenvironment and in so doing directly enhance the tumoricidal effect of the antibody and/or enhance the host immune response against the tumor.This paper reviews the construction of several antibody-cytokine fusion proteins with IgG fused to the cytokine such as interleukin-2 (IL-2),granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF),and interleukin-12 (IL-12),describes the properties of biology,and discusses the potential use in the treatment of human cancer.更多还原
