【摘要】 目的 通过对血液分析仪的评价、了解和掌握XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪的准确度、精密度、污染率及分类相关性,以及对异常标本的筛选能力。方法 以两种定值质控血液、正常人血液以及随机20份病人血液等,分别进行测定,统计分析。结果 定值全血各项结果S值在0.025-0.71之间;批内、批间精密度和总重复性CV值均小于3.0％;携带污染率小于1.0％;WBC分类同手工比较具有相关性,r值在0.5739-0.8680之间;对异常形态细胞的筛查,特异性为95％。结论 XE-2100全自动血液分析仪准确度和精密度高,重复性、稳定性好,携带污染率低,同手工检测可比较性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and master the automated haematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100 of its accuracy、precision、carryover confaminated rate and the correlation of classification, as well as the screening ability to abnormal blood samples by evaluating the functions of the analyzer. Method Two kinds of control blood、fresh normal blood and blood of 20 cases of patients were analyzed separately, The data were statistically analyzed. results The standard deviation to each data of valued blood was between 0.025 and 0.71. The coefficient of variation of the precisions within each batch and which among bachs were lower than 3.0% ,the same with the total repetitions of all bachs. Carryover Contaminated rates were lower than 1.0%.The results of WBC classification were related to which analysed by manual method,The data of r were beween 0.5739 and 0.8680. The specificity of screen to abnormal morphology cells was 95 % . Conclusion The accuracy 、the precision, and the repetition,as well as the stability of the automated haematology analyzer XE-2100 were fine. The carryover contaminated rates of the analyzer werelow. and the classification of WBC was comparative with manul method.更多还原
