【摘要】 目的 观察微量血采集时残留碘伏对血液分析结果的影响。方法 在待分析标本中加入微量碘伏与对照组进行不同剂量不同时间对比。结果 残留碘伏对血液分析结果的影响是显著的,且随着剂量加大和时间延长对血液分析各项参数影响更为显著。结论 微量血采集时应尽量减少碘伏残留量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of hemanalysis parameters induced by the remained iodine while collecting small quantity of finger blood. Methods The hemanalysis parameters from the samples with added small quantity of iodine were compared with those of the contrast group. Results The influence of the remained iodine on the hemanalysis parameters was of significance, and with the iodine added more and the laid time longer, the influence is more remarkable. Conclusion It is necessary to reduce the remained iodine while collecting the finger blood.更多还原
