肠易激综合征病人体液免疫指标检测的意义

【摘要】 目的 测定肠易激综合征(IBS)病人血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)的水平变化,探讨IBS与机体体液免疫之间的关系,以及药物对免疫功能的影响。方法 应用免疫比浊法测定65例IBS患者血清Ig含量。结果 与健康对照组比较,IBS患者的IgM无明显改变(P>0.05),交替型与对照组比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。腹泻型患者IgG、IgA相对增多(P<0.05),便秘型患者IgA相对增高(P<0.05)。经药物治疗后的腹泻型患者IgG相对增高(P<0.05),IgA相对降低(P<0.05)。结论 各型IBS患者血清Ig的变化,提示IBS可能与机体的体液免疫异常有关,药物能够改善机体的免疫状况。血清Ig测定可以作为判断药物治疗IBS患者疗效的一项辅助指标。

【Abstract】 Objective Aim To study the changes of the Immunoglobulin(Ig) in the peripheral blood of patients with irritable bowel syn-drome(IBS)and detect the relationship between IBS and immunifaction, the effect of drug to immunifaction. Methods The rate nephelometer were used to test the Ig and complements (C3、C4) in the serum of 65 patients with diarrhea type IBS. Results Compared with the control group,the level of IgM is no difference with the control group,and the C3、C4 IBS are lower, but there are no statistics(P> 0.05) .IgG、IgA was relatively higher(P< 0.05) in the patients with diarrhea type IBS.The IgA was relatively higher(P < 0.05) in the patients with constipation type.IgG was relatively higher( P < 0.05 ) and IgA was reatively lower( P < 0.05) in the patients with diarrhea type IBS by the drug treated(P < 0.05). Conclusion The changed results the Ig indicated that IBS might be associated with abnormal - immunity. The drug maybe improve orgnism immune function.The elevated serum Ig is linked to a potential index in the patients with IBS treated by the drug.
