【摘要】 目的:探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)和良性肝病(BLD)AFP水平及其与病毒肝炎标志物(HV-M)之间的关系。方法:AFP用RIA法、HV-M用EIA法测定。结果:22例HCC患者AFP水平主要分布在高滴度(≥400ng/ml),HV-M阳性数21例(95.5％),HBV和HAV感染阳性率较高,分别为81.8％和50％,二种或以上病毒性肝炎重叠感染率占54.5％;44例BLD患者AFP水平主要分布在中低滴度(101-400ng/ml),HV-M阳性数22例(100％),HBV感染阳性率为63.3％,其次为HAV(38.6％)和HEV(27.3％),重叠感染率43.2％。结论:本地区HCC患者AFP水平多≥400ng/ml,主要与HBV及HAV感染有关;BLD患者AFP水平范围多为101-400ng/ml,主要为HBV、HAV和HEV感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the serum AFP level in HCC and BID and their relation to HI - M. Methods RIA was used to assag the degree of AFP. E1A was used to detect the HV - M. Results 22 patients with HCC all have high AFP degree. The positive number in HV - M is 21(95.5%), HBV and HAV in fection rates are high,81.8 percent and 50 percent respectively.Two or more HVs combined infection rate is 54.5 percent. AFP level in BLD patients mainly are the moderate or lower degree( 101 - 400) ; with the positive number of HV - M being 22 (100 % ). The infection rate of HBV、 HAV、 HEV and combined is 63.3 percent, 38.6 percent, 27.3 percent and 43.2 percent. Conclusion AFP level in HCC is higher than 400ng/ml, and mostly related to the infection of HBV and HAV, while in BLD pationts the AFP level in the range of 101 - 400ng/ml,and mainly related to HBV, HAV and HEV infection.更多还原
