高血压病人服用非洛地平后内皮血管活性物质的测定

【摘要】 目的 探讨高血压患者内皮血管活性物质的变化及非洛地平对其影响。方法 对36例高血压患者和24例正常对照组的血浆采用化学比色法测定NO、NOS及采用放射免疫分析法测定ET、Ang-Ⅱ、TXA2及PCJ2,并进行对照研究;对高血压组给予非洛地平治疗,并进行治疗前后的对照研究。结果 高血压组ET、Ang-Ⅱ及TXA2明显高于正常对照组,而NO、NOS及PGI2,明显低于正常对照组;非洛地平治疗组治疗后ET、Ang-Ⅱ及TXA2明显低于治疗前,NO、NOS及PGI2较治疗前无明显变化;非洛地平治疗高血压有效率86.1%、结论 非洛地平抗高血压作用除主要通过拮抗钙通道以外,尚可通过降低ET、Ang-Ⅱ及TXA2起作用,而NO通路不是其主要的作用机制。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of felodipine on the plasma vasoactive substances in essential hypertension( EH). Methods The levels of NO,NOS,and ET, Ang- Ⅱ ,TXA2,PGl2 were measured in 36 patients with EH and 24 healthy control by colorimetrieochemical method and radioimmunoassay. The changes of these substances in EH patients were compared with normal control. As well as Wore and after felodipine treatment in EH patients. Results The levels of plasma NO,NOS,PGI2 were reduced and the level of plasma ET,Ang- Ⅱ ,TXA2 increased significantly in FH patients compared with control. ET,Ang- Ⅱ ,TXA2 decreased significantly, but NO,NOS,PGI2 have no difference after felodipine treatment in EH patints compared with before treatment, The effective tate of felodipine in treatment of EH was 86.3 % . Conclusion There is endothelial dysfunction in EH patients whose endothelium secreted more endothelium constriction factors (EDCE) and less en-dothelium diastole factors(EDDF) ,and felodipine can decreased the levels or EDCE in the serum in EH patients. Form these we could conclude that felodipine reduced the blood pressure by decreasing the secretion of ET, Ang - Ⅱ and TXA2 , so that it could recover the endothelial function in EH patients.
