【摘要】 评价一种测定血清总胆红素和结合胆红素的方法——钒酸氧化法。本方法操作简便,基本上无溶血干扰,无叠氮 钠影响,且试剂稳定。总胆红素批内不精密度0.44％-0.82％,日间1.63％-2.92％;结胆批内不精密度0.35％-2.91％,日间2. 84-3.0％。测定总胆红素的准确度好,在684μmol/L内线性较佳。测定BC的准确度稍差。在205mmol/L内线性还欠佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate Oxidation method of measuring biuirubin in serum by Vanadic acid. The method is single, has no interference of hemoglobin and as in Diaio method ,and reagent is stable. The CVs of determination tobal and direct biuirubin were 0.44% - 0.82% and 0. 35% - 2.91 % , 1.63% - 2.92% and 2.84 - 3.0% for between day respectively.The accuracy in TB is good and in DB is a little bit poor.更多还原
