【摘要】 目的 用改进ELISA法快速定量测定血中心肌肌钙蛋白I,以对该方法的方法学性能作一评价。方法 以临床血清标本作为检测标本,用改进的酶联免疫法测定血中的肌钙蛋白I,观察其灵敏度、线性试验为线性范围、精密度和回收率,并与进口产品比较。结果 测得灵敏度及0.05ng/ml。线性范围0.05-4ng/ml。低、高两种浓度的肌钙蛋白I批内变异分别为7.6％和6.8％;批间变异分别为9.0％和8.1％。与进口产品比较其相关系数为0.9754,P>0.05,结果无显著性差异。结论该方法有较高的灵敏度,重复性好,结果准确可靠,测量时间短等优点,能满足临床需要。更多还原
