【摘要】 建立和完善环境保护的法律制度是可持续发展战略的重要内容和必然要求。在可持续发展的视野中,我国的环境法律制度正在逐步健全和完善,表现出由注重结果性制度向注重预防性制度发展的走向。同时,从可持续发展的视角来审视,我国环境法律制度还面临着诸多的问题;针对这些问题,应进一步采取措施来完善我国环境法律制度,使其体现可持续发展的实质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enacting and perfecting the environmental protection law system is an important part as well as the inevitable demand of the sustainable development strategies. From the perspective of sustainable development, we can see that the environmental protection law system is gradually heading for perfection, as has shown a trend from enacting laws stressing the consequences to enacting laws stressing preventions. At the same time, judging from the perspective of sustainable development, the environmental law system still faces a series of problems; as to these problems, we should take concrete measures to perfect the environmental law system so that it can reflect the nature of sustainable development.更多还原
