汽轮机排汽缸模型的数值模拟与结果分析
Numerical Simulation on Steam Turbine Exhaust Hood Model and Its Result Analysis
【摘要】 采用NEMECA商用软件包之Fine/TURBO求解三维定常的Navier-Stokes方程组,对蒸汽透平低压排汽缸内部的复杂三维流动进行了数值模拟,应用多区域结构化网格并将计算域出口向下游延伸。与已有的实验结果进行对比,揭示出排汽缸内复杂的旋涡运动,分析了影响排汽缸气动性能的总压损失系数和静压恢复系数等因素,指出了排汽缸优化设计的方向。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the numerical simulation results of the 3D viscous flow in the exhaust hood of a low pressure steam turbine, obtained by the 3D Navier-Stokes solver Fine/TURBO. Multi-block structured grids are used and the outlet of the computational field is extended downstream. Both the numerical and experimental results reveal the complex vortices in the exhaust hood which is the main factors resulting in the loss. Further analysis of the fields in the hood gives a way to optimize it.
