汽轮机内缸法兰结合面张口原因分析

【摘要】 :通过ANSYS有限元通用软件对125MW供热汽轮机高压内缸稳态、非稳态温度场和应力场进行了计算。计算结果表明,当汽轮机负荷超过100MW或者在快速升负荷时,调节级后高压内缸法兰接合面的应力值将会超过材料允许0.2%的塑性变形的限制。根据塑性变形理论,预测在汽缸法兰结合面上将出现张口。该机组计划维修过程中,张口发现的位置和计算结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 The thermal and stress, included steady and transient, were calculated for HP inside cylinder of 125MW cogeneration steam turbine with the help of ANSYS. The calculation showed that if the turbine load exceeded 100MW in steady operation or quickly rised in high load, the stress in junction faces between flange and flange behind the velocity stage would be larger than the stress allowed by 0.2% plastic deformation of the material. According to the theory of plastic deformation, it was predicted that flange opening gap would appear at the flange of the turbine. In the scheduled maintenance of the turbine, opening gap was found in the predicted position.
