【Abstract】 The paper sees through entirely nanometer materials, the new and developing science of materials, from the angle of technological theory. Based on the introduction of the development of nanometer materials, the paper elaborates its property and application and prospect to electric power industry systematically and reflects the realistic meaning of developing the material profoundly.
