【摘要】 目的 :探讨心血管疾病介入手术后拔管致血管迷走性反应的机制。方法 :为心血管介入术后拔管致血管迷走性反应且无器质性心脏病 16例 (拔管综合征组 )行倾斜试验检查 ,以同期无血管迷走性反应且无器质心脏病的 18例为对照组。结果 :拔管综合征组中阳性率为 5 0 % ,对照组阳性率为 5 6 % ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :拔管综合征患者具有较高的血管迷走反应性 ,这可能是出现拔管反应的基础病因更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore vascular vagus reflex mechanism induced by removement of catheter after intervention operation on cardio vascular disease.Method: 16 cases all show no heart pathological change,18 cases without vagus reflex or pathological change as control.Result:Positive ratio of catheter removement syndrom is 50% with 5.6% in control(P<0.01).Conclusion:High reflexity of vascular vagus nerve may be the cause of catheter removement reflex syndrom.更多还原
