【摘要】 目的 :探讨贝复济 (rb -bFGF)治疗糖尿病 (DM )褥疮的疗效。方法 :随机将老年DM褥疮 32例分为观察组 (贝复济组 )和对照组 (常规治疗组 )各 16例 ,rb -bFGF采用喷雾治疗。结果 :观察组总有效率 10 0 % ,痊愈率93 75 % ,优于对照组的 5 6 2 5 % ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,观察组治愈时间为 7 4 3± 5 4 6d ,对照组为 14 72± 4 79d (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :使用rb -bFGF治疗DM褥疮疗效明显 ,未发生不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of rb-bFGF on decubitus ulcer in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Method:32 patients with diabetic decubitus ulcer were divided into two groups:observation group(rb-bFGF group)and controlled group(routine therapy group),atomization was used in rb-bFGF group. Result:The total effectiveness was 100% in observation group.The cure rate(93.75%)was higher in observation group than that(56.25%)in controlled group and there were significantly differences between two groups(P<0.05).The therapeutic time(7.43±5.46 days)in observation group was significantly decreased than that(14.72±4.79 days)in controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rb-bFGF is an operative nursing therapy on decubitus ulcer in patients with DM,it has no adverse reaction and is worth clinical application.更多还原
