【摘要】 目的 :探讨心理干预对烧伤患者疼痛和不良情绪的影响。方法 :将2 2 0例Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者随机分为实验组 117例和对照组 10 3例 ,实验组在常规护理的同时配合健康教育 ,进行心理干预 ,即从入院到出院给予认识、情绪、感觉、行为干预[1] ,对照组采用传统护理 ,观察两组患者的疼痛、恐惧、焦虑的程度。结果 :实验组患者的恐惧、疼痛、焦虑与对照组比较具有显著性差异均P <0 0 5。结论 :心理干预能有效的减轻烧伤患者的恐惧、疼痛、焦虑 ,促进患者早日康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate effect on painess and unhealthful mood of burned patients by psychological intervention.Method:220 cases with more than Ⅱ° burning were divided into two groups,experiment and control.Psychological intervention were undergone on experiment group.All were observated for painess,fear,anxiety.Result:All three index above were significantly different.Conclusion:Psychological intervention can alleviate patients fear,pain,anxiety,improve their recover.更多还原
