【摘要】 目的 :总结老年精神病患者服药发生副反应的护理经验。方法 :对6 7例老年精神病患者应用药物治疗 ,2 6例发生了不同程度的副反应 ,总发生率为 38 81% ,对患者进行了精心护理。结果 :经治疗与护理病情好转 ,无意外发生。结论 :随患者年龄增高药物副反应发生率增加。针对老年患者的特点及易发生的副反应 ,应采取有针对性的护理措施更多还原
