【摘要】 目的　了解 6～ 16岁儿童遗尿症的流行病学特点。方法　采用遗尿症调查表对滕州市城乡 14所中小学1486 2名学生进行调查 ,并在确诊遗尿症的患儿中随机抽取 2 0 0名进行检查。结果　 6～ 16岁儿童遗尿症的患病率为9 13%,其中城市为 8 70 %,农村为 9 89%,二者间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) 男性患病率为 9 80 %,女性为8 15 %,二者间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。小学生患病率为 12 38%,中学生为 7 77%,二者间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。 2 0 0例遗尿症检查结果正常者为 15 4例 ,异常者为 46例。结论　 6～ 16岁儿童的遗尿症有城乡、性别及年龄的差异。对遗尿症者的检查结果 ,异常者以合并脊椎隐裂 ,泌尿系感染及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the epidemiology of enuresis in 6～16 years old children.Methods Enuresis questionnaire was used to investigate students aged 6-16 years old in 14 schools in Tengzhou city.200 cases were randomly selected from the diagnosed children and probed the common cause of enuresis.Results The prevalent rate of enuresis in 6～16 years old children was 9.13%,the rate in urban was 8.70%,the rate in rural was 9.89%,the difference was significant between them(P<0.05).The prevalent rate in boys was 9.80%,and that is 8.14% in girls,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The rate in primary school is 12.38%,and that is 7.77% in middle school,the difference was significance (P<0.01).Among the 200 cases of enuresis,154 cases with the cause unknown(77%),46 cases were diagnosed as secondary enuresis.Conclusion The prevalence of enuresis in 6～16 years old children difference between urban and rural,boys and girls,younger and older.77% cases with the cause unknown.Cleft spine,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and urinary tract infection are the three common complications of secondary enursis.更多还原
