【摘要】 目的　评定住院精神分裂症患者的总体幸福感。方法　采用总体幸福感量表 (GWB)、简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)、大体评定量表 (GAS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷表 (ITAQ)对 4 2例住院精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果　GWB平均分为 (1 0 2 6 9± 2 0 84 )分 ,GWB与BPRS总分呈负相关 (r=- 0 4 1 ;P <0 0 1 ) ,且与BPRS各因子分相关程度不一 ,与GAS、ITAQ平均分无明显相关 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与患者的性别、病程、住院时间无关。结论　GWB的评分与精神症状有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the general well-being felling of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods 42 schizophrenia patients were rated with General Well-Being Schedule(GWB),Brief Psychiatry Rating Scale(BPRS),Global Assessment Scale(GAS),Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ).Results The average scores of GWB was 102 69±20 84,negative correlation with BPRS(r=-0 41;P<0 01).No significant was found between the GWB scores,the Gender and Duration-Hospitalization-time.Conclusion The scores of GWB has correlation with psychiatric symptoms.更多还原
