【摘要】 目的　了解重庆市中心城区居民卫生服务需要量的现状。方法　通过多阶段分层整群抽样的方法 ,调查中心城区居民 30 1 6人的健康状况和卫生服务的需要量。结果　居民两周患病率为 76 6‰ ,慢性病患病率为2 0 0 4‰。慢性病按病种划分居前 5位的是 :高血压、慢性支气管炎、冠心病、糖尿病和慢性胃、肠炎。影响居民卫生服务需要量的主要因素有 :年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和职业等。结论　慢性病是重庆市中心城区主要卫生问题 ,儿童、老年人应作为社区卫生服务工作的重点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of requirement of health service in downtown of Chongqing.Methods Through the stratum sampling,3016 residents were interviewed.Results The two-week prevalence of residents was 76 6‰,and the prevalence of chronic disease was 200 4‰.The major diseases were hypertension,chronic bronchitis,coronary heart disease,diabetes and chronic gastroenteritis.The requirement for health service was mostly influenced by the ages,the marital status,the educational degrees and the occupation.Conclusion Chronic disease was chiefly community health problem.Children and the elderly should be treated as mainly population.更多还原
