【摘要】 目的　了解成都和沈阳两市的社区卫生服务中心、服务站的处方用药情况。方法　对收集的处方资料进行分析。结果　处方用药数、国家基本药品目录收录药物的使用、各类药物及单个药物的使用率、使用方式及处方药品费用在两地服务中心和服务站间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论　社区用药应以国家基本药品目录为基础 ,控制不合理用药更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of prescription drugs from community health service centers or stations in Chengdu and Shenyang.Methods The data of prescriptions were analyzed.Results There are many different characteristics in numbers of prescription drugs,use of drugs enlisted in fundamental drug catalog of state,frequencies of use of each kind of drugs or each drug,methods of use of drugs and expenses of prescription drugs between two cities.Conclusion The behaviors of ′large prescription′and expenses of drugs should be controlled.We should set up our own fundamental drug catalogs on the basis of fundamental drug catalog of state,select adaptive categories of drugs and reduce unnecessary vein instillation and injection of drugs.更多还原
