【摘要】 目的　了解超促排卵刺激后免疫指标的变化及其与所获卵子数、受精率、卵裂率及妊娠成功率的关系。方法　体外受精、胚胎移植 (IVF -ET)患者 50例 ,分为两组 :妊娠组与非妊娠组 ,利用速率散射比浊法和美国B -D公司的FACSCALIBUR型流式细胞仪测定每例患者用药前及HCG日IgG、IgA、IgM、C3及CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 CD8、CD2 0 、CD2 5、CD+ 3CD+ 2 5的水平并记录各个患者的卵子数、受精数、卵裂数。结果　 50例患者超促排卵刺激前后IgA、CD4 含量及CD4 CD8比值间的差别均无显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ;而IgG、IgM、C3、CD3、CD8、CD2 0 、CD2 5、CD+ 3CD+ 2 5的含量间的差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。妊娠组超促排卵刺激后IgA含量间的差别有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5)。非妊娠组超促排卵刺激后IgM、C3、CD4 的含量及CD4 CD8比值间的差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。超促排卵刺激后IgG、IgA、IgM、C3的含量与获卵子数、受精率、卵裂率无直线相关 ;CD2 5、CD+ 3CD+ 2 5与所获卵子数无直线相关 ,与受精率、卵裂率呈负相关。结论　超促排卵刺激会影响免疫指标的变化 ,而免疫指标的变化会影响受精率、卵裂率、妊娠的成功更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the levels of cell immunological parameter in peripheral blood after superovulation and understand the relationship between the changes of cell immunological parameter and the number of oocyte retrieval,oocyte fertilization rates,cleavage rates and pregnancy rates.Methods We studied 50 patients of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,12 patients in the implantation,38 patients in the non_implantation.Blood samples and anticoagulant with heptene blood samples were collected on 3～5 day before the menstrual cycle and the day of hCG.All specimens of blood were measured Ig,CD.Results The levels of IgA were decreased significantly(P<0 05) after superovulation in 50 patients and in implantation cycles;IgG,IgM,C 3 had not significant changes(P>0 05).The levels of IgM,C 3 were decreased significantly(P<0 05) after superovulation in non- implantation cycles;IgG,IgA had not significant changes(P>0 05).IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3 did not correlate with the numbers of oocyte retrieval,oocyte fertilization and cleavage rates.The levels of CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 increased significantly(P<0 05) after superovulation in 50 patients.CD 3?CD 4?CD 8?CD 4/CD 8?CD 20 ?CD 25 ?CD + 3CD + 25 had not significant changes in serum while comparing with their levels before superovulation in implantation cycles(P>0 05);CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 were increased significantly(P>0 05)after superovulation in non-implantation cycles(P<0 05).CD 25 did not correlate with the numbers of oocyte retrieval(P>0 05),correlated with oocyte fertilization and cleavage rate(r=0 769,P<0 05,r=0 844 P<0 05).CD + 3CD + 25 did not correlate with the numbers of oocyte retrieval(P>0 05),correlated with oocyte fertilization and cleavage rate(r=0 851,P<0 05,r=0 866,P<0 05).CD 3?CD 4?CD 8?CD 20 had not correlation with the numbers of oocyte retrieval,oocyte fertilization and cleavage rate(P>0 05).Conclusion Superovulation make immunological parameter change,which effect oocyte fertilization,cleavage rate,pregnancy rates.更多还原
