【摘要】 全科医疗是城市社区卫生服务的主要部分和理想模式。通过本课题的研究 ,提出一套科学、实用、灵敏的社区全科医疗服务评价指标体系 ,拓宽社区卫生服务的管理新理念。考核评估指标是遵循全科医疗的基本特征 ,采用德尔菲 (Delphi)专家评判法进行指标的筛选 ,组成了 6大类、 36个指标的二级指标系统 ,各指标通过权重分配后 ,最终确立综合评估模型更多还原

【Abstract】 General practice is an important part and the most ideal pattern for community health service.This study suggested a scientific,practical and sensitive index system of assessment of general practice in urban communities,which expanded the new management concept of community health services.Assessment indexes were selected according to Delphi expert assessment,which followed the general practice principles and characteristics.A two-step index system was established with 36 indices divided into 6 groups.The comprehensive assessment model was finally established with proper weighting assigned to each index.更多还原
