【摘要】 叶黄素广泛用于生物制品、医药、食品等领域 .万寿菊花瓣中富含胡萝卜素、叶黄素 ,是分离提取胡萝卜素、叶黄素的较好原料 .通过研究采用石油醚 -氯仿 -甲醇混合液浸提 ,强碱去杂 ,甲醇萃取分离的工艺得到了纯度大于 95 %的胡萝卜素和含量大于 60 %的叶黄素 ,并进一步通过柱层析分离出纯度达 98%以上的叶黄素精品 ,提取工艺易放大 ,实现规模化生产 ,也可用于有机化学实验教学 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Carotenol is used extensively in biological products, remedies, food areas etc. Marigold flower, which contains carotenol and carotene richly, is extracted with mixed-solution of ether-chloroform-methanol. We get carotene which purity is more than 95% and carotenol which purity is above 60%. Finally, carotenol which contains exceeding 98% is got. The way can be used in organic chemistry experiment teaching.更多还原
