光波经多层介质膜反射的时延表达式
Reflection delay expression of light wave reflected by multilayer dielectric coatings
【摘要】 利用基于多光束干涉原理的等效腔模型导出了多层介质膜的反射系数的递推式,在此基础上证明了在中心频率附近,复反射系数可表示为中心频率处的反射系数与相位因子的积,进而导出了相位角的函数和反射时延的表达式。
【Abstract】 Recursion formula of the reflection coefficient of a multilayer dielectric coating has been deduced by employing the equivalent cavity model, based on the principle of multibeam interference. Using this formula, the paper shows that, around the central frequency of the coating, the complex reflection coefficient can be expressed as the product of the reflection coefficient for the central frequency and a phase factor. Further, the expressions for the phase and reflection delays have also been derived.
