【摘要】 目的 :探讨丁丙诺啡用于硬膜外麻醉剖宫产术后的镇痛效果 ;方法 :选择行剖宫产术的 1 6 0例产妇 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,均采用连续硬膜外麻醉 ,麻醉药物为1 .5%利多卡因 ,在手术结束前实验注入丁丙诺啡 0 .1 5mg ,观察其术后镇痛效果 ;结果 :病人术后镇痛效果显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,良好的镇痛效果有助于提早母乳喂养及产妇术后的恢复 ;结论 :丁丙诺啡用于剖宫产术后镇痛安全、有效、简便 ,临床上可推广运用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of buprenorphine on analgesia after cesarean section with epidural block anesthesia.Methods:A total of 160 parturients, who were free of any heart, lung, liver and kidney disease and age ranged from 27 to 38 year, were enrolled in our study, 90 in the test group, 70 in the control group.In the two groups the epidural block anesthesia were done before cesarean section. The buprenorphine was given (0.15mg) by catheter as soon as the operation has finished in the test group, no buprenorphine in control. We observed the efficacy of analgesia, 4, 6, 8 hours after operation.Results:The effect of analgesia was better (P<0.01) in the test group than that in control. Conclusion:It is a safe, easy and effictive way to take burpenorphine by block catheter to analgesia after cesarean section.更多还原
