【摘要】 目的　通过应用藏药二十五味铜灰散治疗小鼠继发性棘球蚴病的疗效观察 ,探讨藏药治疗棘球蚴病的免疫机理 ,为临床应用药物治疗棘球蚴病奠定理论基础。方法　小鼠被随机分成 4组 (藏药两种浓度组、对照组和阿苯达唑组 ) ,给予药物治疗 90天后 ,解剖小鼠 ,检测各小鼠棘球蚴囊的湿重及血清IgE、IL - 2、IL - 1 0的含量 ;并对棘球蚴囊行病理组织学和超微结构观察。结果　从病理组织学切片上可以看到 ,棘球蚴囊壁有明显的损伤。超微结构观察发现 ,角皮层薄厚不均匀 ;皮层区微毛变短、稀疏、模糊不清 ;细胞核固缩、核间隙增大、核碎裂 ;用药组小鼠血清IL - 2、IgE含量与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,用药组IL - 1 0的含量与对照组比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　藏药二十五味铜灰散对小鼠棘球蚴有比较好的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A new method to treat cysts of Echinococcus granulosus(C.E)with Tibetan drugs was presented.The therapeutic effect of Tibetan drug on experimental secondary C.E and the immunological mechanism of Tibetan drug against C.E infection in mice was studied.Methods The mice were randomly divided into the following four groups,different concentation of Tibetan drugs,control and Albendazole.After ninty days’treatment,th blood was taken from the mice post eyeball and dissected.The major judging indexes included wet weight of cyst,inhibition rate ,serum IgE,IL-2,IL-10 content and histopathological changes of cysts under microscope and electron-microscope.Results after ninty days,cysts of hydatid were taken and weighted.Under microscope,a great damage in cyst wall of hydatid was observed,under electron-microscope,the laminated layer was not homogeneous,and the microvilli(mi)of the germial layer became shorter and unclear.Pyknosis,karyorrhexis appeared in cell.The serun IgE and IL-2 contents of chemotherapy groups was more different than those of control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 content of chemotherapy groups was not different than those of control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The Tibetan drug had effect against the murine secondary C.E,which will display a new perspective on treatment cycts of Echinococcus granulosus.更多还原
