【摘要】 目的　评价经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法　从 1 999年～ 2 0 0 2年 ,采用在C -臂X光机透视下手法复位 ,经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折 5 3例。结果　 5 3例获得随访 ,平均随访 1 2个月 (6～ 1 8个月 ) ,全部病例骨性愈合 ,无肘内翻畸形及Volkmann挛缩 ,肘关节功能恢复满意。结论　经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折是一种安全、微创、有效的治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively study the results of fifty-three chidren treated for supracondylar fractures of the humerus.Methods From 1999 to 2002,53 cases of children with supracondylar fractures were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous crossed-pin fixation under image intensifier.Results The average follow-up was 12 months(range,6-18 months).All of the fractures achieved osseous union.There were no patient developed a cubitus varus,or Volkmann’s contracture at follow-up evaluation.The function of the elbow is satisfacery.Conclusion Closed reduction with percutaneous pin fixation is preferred for the treatment of this fracture,which is a minimally invasive,safe and effective therapy for supracondylar fractures of the humerus.更多还原
