【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of content of paractamol in Compound Aspirin tablet.Methods Differential spectrophotometry was used to detect the content of paratomol in compound Aspirin tablet. ResultsThis method showed a good linear relationship.The average recovery was 100.2%;RSD=0.92%;n=5;r=0.995;ConclusionThis method can eliminate the interference of other components,and can be used as the quality control of preparation.更多还原
