【Abstract】 The water resource is the basic resource and important restrictive factor for human existence and economic development of arid region in Northwest China.The condition of water resource of the inland river in arid region of the northwestern China and its utilization status are analyzed. Also, the change trend of both climate and water resource in future and the balance between supply and demand of water resource during different period as well as major problems on water environment in the above area are considered. Finally, several relevant strategies on sustainable utilization of water resource are proposed.更多还原
