两种贮藏温度及药剂处理对藏茵陈种子活力的影响

【摘要】 将川西獐牙菜,椭圆叶花锚,抱茎獐牙菜种子贮存在(18±5℃)和(0~4℃)下18个月。用0 2%CaCl2和2%KNO3溶液浸泡24h,进行电导率、TTC还原量及发芽率测定,结果表明:①两种温度下贮存的种子,除电导率差异极显著外(P<0 01),其余各项指标均不显著(P>0 05);②经药剂处理的种子具有较高的发芽率;两种药剂以0 2%CaCl2效果较好,发芽率平均提高20%;③同一温度贮存的川西獐牙菜和椭圆叶花锚种子,经药剂处理后的电导率极显著高于对照(P<0 01),药剂处理后TTC还原量差异不显著(P>0 05)。

【Abstract】 Swertia mussotii Franch,Halenia elliptica DDon,Swertia frachetiana Hsmithwere stored under two different temperature(18±5℃) and (0~4℃) for 18 months,and were soaked with 02% CaCl2 and 2%KNO3 solution for 24 hoursWith the treated seeds we do the test of TTC reducing power,conductivity and standard germination testThe result showed that ①the same seeds under two different storage temperature there have no significant differ(P>005)for all indexes but conductivity (P<001),②all seed had better increasing in germination percentage(P<005)after treated with chemicals,and the seed treated with 02% CaCl2 has better effect (the germination promoting 20% on average than CK);③compare with control,except Swertia frachetiana Hsmith,the seeds stored same temperature were treated with chemicals the conductivity were promoted significantly (P<001),the TTC reducing power has no differ(P>005)
