轮回式双向螺距误差补偿方法
Rollover bi-directional pitch error compensation
【摘要】 为了提高传统补偿方法的精度和适应性,在一台商品化立式加工中心上开发开放式结构数控系统,提出了轮回式双向螺距误差补偿方法,有效地将直线轴、回转轴的误差补偿问题统一起来。分别应用传统螺距误差补偿方法和该文提出的补偿方法对机床进行了补偿,并对补偿结果进行了比较。应用本方法补偿后,X轴定位精度从43μm提高到6μm,反向间隙从28μm减小到2μm,补偿前后加工试件的圆度误差从83μm降低到7μm。结果表明,这种方法比传统方法更准确更快捷,使补偿系统更具适应性。
【Abstract】 Lead screw accuracies in computer numerical control (CNC) systems were improved using rollover bi-directional pitch error compensation. The method was implemented in an open architecture CNC system on a commercial vertical machining center. The system compensates for errors in the linear axis and the rotational axis in the same way. With the proposed method, the X-axis positioning accuracy in the vertical machining center was improved from 43 μm to 6 μm and the backlash was reduced from 28 μm to 2 μm. The machined sample’s roundness error was reduced from 83 μm to 7 μm by the compensation. The results show that the proposed method is much easier to implement, more flexible and more accurate than traditional methods.
