基于失重飞机的微重力科学实验系统
Experimental microgravity system for zero gravity airplane
【摘要】 为了在俄罗斯ИЛ-76МДК失重飞机上开展微重力科学实验,研究了其上的实验系统。采用系统集成的设计思想,各实验单元在满足接口要求的条件下,单独进行研制;然后通过总线与公用平台相连,构成星形拓扑结构。系统集成后形成以公用平台为中心、具有遥测、遥控和数据采集等功能的全自动实验系统。该系统在俄罗斯加加林航天员训练中心成功地进行了7个架次的飞行,获得了失重条件下大量飞行实验数据、实验样品和录像资料。飞行实验结果表明,系统集成的方法是成功的,并可应用于其它实验系统的研究和设计。
【Abstract】 An experimental system was developed for microgravity experiments on the Russian ИЛ76МДК zero gravity airplane. Every experimental unit of the integrated system was developed separately that they satisfied the interface requirements. Then each unit was connected to the common platform by system buses to form an automated experimental system on a common platform with telemetry, telecommands, and data acquisition. The system ran successfully in 7 flights at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Russia with extensive experimental data, including samples and video recordings obtained for microgravity conditions. The experimental results show that the system integration method is successful and can be applied to the design of other experimental systems.
