链环式超越离合器的承载能力分析
Bearing capacity analysis of chain-ring overrunning clutch
【摘要】 链环式超越离合器一个重要的特性就是具有比传统超越离合器更高的承载能力。该文着重分析了影响链环式超越离合器承载能力的各种因素,指出接触应力是影响其承载能力和使用寿命的最重要的因素,并对链环式超越离合器的力学模型进行了分析,导出了计算链环式超越离合器接触点接触应力的计算公式,并考虑了摩擦力的影响,根据结果编制出相应的计算程序,对链环式超越离合器的设计计算有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The main advantage of the chainring overrunning clutch is of greater bearing capacity than the classic overrunning clutch design. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the bearing capacity of a chainring overrunning clutch. The analysis showed that the contact stress is the most important factor affecting the bearing capacity and service life. A bearing capacity model was then developed for the chainring overrunning clutch based on its structural design. The results can be used for designing chainring overrunning clutches.
